Shipping Charges & Times
Shipping is Free on orders over $49USD however we note that other shipping is calculated at checkout depending on your location.
We Ship only in USA. We use Fedex, USPS, UPS to ship.
Processing time is different from Shipping time.
All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) and take 2-5 business days to process once payment is confirmed. Be sure to add processing time to your shipping time estimates. Our aim at Pup Breeds is to try to process orders within 24 to 48 hours of the payment being confirmed in our system.
Shipping time is based on the method selected by the customer at checkout.
Shipping timelines do not apply to orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
All shipping times are an estimation and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. For items returned to Pup Breeds due to undeliverable addresses or issues with Customs, refunds will be issued for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
Pup Breeds does not hold or accept any responsibility for packages that have been stated as items lost, stolen, stuck in transit, or delivered. We do not issue refunds or store credit for packages that the courier confirms as lost in transit or delivered. Concerns or questions about your order after it has shipped should be made to the carrier directly. The Customer Support Team can only see the same tracking information given to the customer through the tracking number.
Pup Breeds is not responsible for the payment of Customs or VAT Fees. The fee varies and is determined by each country. By processing an order, you agree and acknowledge you will pay any Customs and VAT fees that may occur.
